Our Partnerships

The National Emergency Response Council on HIV and AIDS (NERCHA) mandate is to provide the oversight function of the multisectoral HIV/AIDS response. This includes facilitating, coordinating and monitoring the implementation of the national multisectoral HIV/AIDS response. This has led the adoption of the national level and decentralised coordination approaches to create opportunities for diverse stakeholders to be involved in the HIV/AIDS response.

Sectors currently involved in the implementation of the multi-sectoral HIV/AIDS response in Eswatini includes; the Government of Eswatini (public sector), civil society, the private sector and development partners. Each sector contributes to the following coordination mechanisms.
